Purely Orthodontics

Fantastic experience: My son has just had his brace off, his teeth look amazing, I cannot find fault with this place. All staff members including receptionists have been amazing. Thank you for giving my son his perfect smile and new found confidence.

Negative experience: Not professional I contact them regarding my oral care asking for appointment and they did not have any appointment however the response was very unprofessional , iam pregnant and struggling with oral care they do not prioritise pregnant women with flare ups .

Negative experience: Disappointed with my orthodontic experience

Fantastic experience: This is a review from some one who terrified of dentists , this was my first visit to a dentist for over 2 years , I had to have a routine check up when I was informed I had to have deep clean due to gum disease that I had for some time , there completely put me at ease about the whole situation, and got say I don't enjoyed the experience but also no where near as bad as I thought it was gonna be, and if any thing my fear of dentist is now a lot lower and will defo be back , highly recommend on the basis of high professional there was and was also very happy with the out come of the procedure .

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental practice, had been trying to get an emergency appointment for 5 days, even with the help of 111 I still didn't succeed, a friend of mine recommended Pitsea Dental Care so I contacted them and they had me in within the hour. The staff there were absolutely amazing and I couldn't of asked for better care. 5 stars, highly recommend. Thank you Steve

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists iv been to so so helpful

Negative experience: I came by appointment from the NHS and I had an appointment at 5:30pm, other people came after me and they paid for consultations and after half an hour of waiting I told the doctor that I had an appointment at 5:30pm and I already an hour after the appointment and he told me that I'm not his patient and that I came through the NHS and he wants me to go out if I don't agree that his patients are the priority, not those from the NHS, and he spoke to me very badly, I don't recommend

Fantastic experience: For the past 3 years I have been having my braces treatment. Today, that journey came to an end. The friendly staff make the atmosphere so welcoming and have made my journey run very smoothly. I would like to say thank you to the staff there for allowing me to now have such beautiful teeth!

Fantastic experience: Steve has been our family dentist for over 20 years. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and Steve always makes a visit easy. If you need to be fitted in its never a problem. They come highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Steve has been my dentist for around 17 years, throughout the years I've recommended him to family and friends who also sing his praises. He makes you feel at ease in the seat, is always really friendly but most importantly his dentistry work is second to none and he's gentle, I've had a lot of work done and it's been surprisingly painless. The ladies on reception are also always lovely and welcoming. Thanks to all the team for being all-round amazing!

Negative experience: The actual braces were highly time consuming for little result. I am thoroughly disappointed with my teeth. The retainers barely last and were damaged within one month. When trying to sort this dilemma out, I was made to feel as though the entire thing was my fault. I should have just knocked out all of my teeth and started again.
