Fantastic experience: Good dentist
Negative experience: Called today, woman on call was very rude and not helpful at all, avoid
Negative experience: Called to enquire about Bonding. A Very rude and ignorant receptionist had no idea what I was talking about and actually took offense to not knowing what I was talking about. After explaining to her what it is and that she can look it up for an idea, she then proceed to trying to book me in for a checkup, where I can ask the dentist myself if it's done and how much it cost. I responded that I only wanted to know the price range before agreeing to come in for a checkup to which she responded that she couldn't help me and to call back when I want to be booked in for a checkup before rushing me off the phone. To work for a dentist and not know the name of treatments is a joke. At least try to have some pride in your job.
Fantastic experience: Big thanks to the girls here, especially Tara.
Negative experience: he does not want to register my child, he needs to remove a tooth that has grown very badly over the other. disappointed by these people!
Negative experience: Rude Receptionists! I went in for some advice and they wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence without saying “Our dentist won’t look at it”. I went to Pitsea Dental Care down the road who had a really lovely and helpful receptionist.
Fantastic experience: Always friendly and efficient. We have used this practice for many years and appointments are dealt with very quickly without having to sit in the Waiting Room for too long.
Negative experience: Been registered and had treatment at this this dental surgery. Called to book an appointment and was met by a rude and unhelpful receptionist who said she magically can’t find me on her system and will need to register in two months time to get an appointment for God knows when
Negative experience: Staff are rude amd do not make you feel welcome at all and they done nothing to my front tooth even thou its hurting me and uts an emergency and takes about 2 months just to get one tooth done would not recommend it at all the most uncomfortable dentist I've been too
Fantastic experience: Many thanks for the care and treatment from Mr Said and all his team for today's tooth extraction.
Fantastic experience: Very professional.
Negative experience: Very bad experience today they pulled the wron tooth out
Fantastic experience: I have nothing but high praise for this Dental Surgery. Very professional and polite staff from the receptionist to the dental nurse and the dentist himself. Highly recommend them.
Negative experience: I had very bad experience with this today 18/07/2022, at 15:20. The male dentist, aged between 55-60 was not professional at all. I'm new patient, and today was my first visit, he so eager remove my tooth. Though I have problem, there's pain, and didn't go to remove that tooth. When I asked whether I could fix it later, his answer was too saucy with no respect whatsoever. When I said I don't have any pain, it doesn't to be removed. He said, he isn't talking about pain but infection. I thought the infection he was talking about would affect other teeth, so I agreed. After having received the injection to numb the area, I wanted to spit where into patients normally do spit, but the answer was very quick" no no no. I was then given a blue plastic to spit in. After 5 minutes, he decided to remove my tooth. It was so forceful and so painful. I have never experienced such pain in all the dentists’ surgeries I have ever be. I had to asked him to wait. But I thought wise not continue with procedure. He was so angry and told me never to come back to surgery again. In fact, I have had 2 teeth removed by my previous dentists, I felt nothing at all. No pain, nothing. I did not even know the teeth has come out. But my experience with Mr. Abas Karen Said at Pitsea Dental Surgery really bad. I don't even think he deserve even one star though the receptionist was good.
Fantastic experience: No one enjoys the dentist, especially an emergency appointment as it's worse case ,that was me today, but from the moment I walked in and spoke to the reception and the dentist who is not my regular dentist were all excellent for the care and niceness ,but the dentist s assistant was second to none ,thank you to all of you ,
Fantastic experience: Being a stress head and petrified of the dentist this is the only surgery that I feel comfortable with. I give them 10/10. Their Covid precautions in place are perfect.
Fantastic experience: My 11 year old had tooth removed couple of days ago, can't fault mr said and his nurse on making her feel safe and reassuring her, excellent dentist
Fantastic experience: Always nice to me and my wife. Very professional
Negative experience: Ok...as long as you don't need new dentures. The dentist made me 2 sets - neither fitted correctly & so wouldn't stay in. He somewhat arrogantly told me "I know everything about making dentures". Clearly he doesn't. When I went to speak to him in a very pleasant manner, to ask him to redo the latest set, he refused because he wouldn't get paid by the NHS so soon after the last set, & his nurse was extremely rude, persistently interupting me. Plenty of other dentists in this town - give this one a miss...he is obviously a money grabbing & unprofessional quack. I have now registered with another practice.
Fantastic experience: This has been my dental practice for over 35 years, since I was a child. I still go even though I live a fair distance away and now my husband and 4 kids also go here. The dentists are great with kids meaning that not one of my children are frightened of going to the dentist. The staff are lovely and I just dont understand the 1 star reviews. I've never had an issue in all my time as a patient here
Negative experience: Receptionist are great pity the dentist's only see £££ signs when you enter the room, would not recommend, steer clear
Fantastic experience: Always very welcoming and efficient.
Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've been to, caring, prompt, pain free and thorough. Staff excellent, thank you.
Negative experience: Staff make clerical errors an then refuse to aid you an say go elsewhere lovely people steer clear if you can
Fantastic experience: Took my son last year and they where lovely. Would recommend.
Fantastic experience: Staff are very attentive. Nobody enjoys the dentists but the staff try to ease the pain. Dentists are friendly.. Could do with some reading material in the waiting room. Health and safety gone mad.
Positive experience: Never have to wait long to see someone the desk staff and the dental nurses are great with me as I am an extremely nervous patient! Being a wheelchair user I find it very accessible
