Fantastic experience: I had a direct access hygiene appointment here this morning, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Booking online was incredibly easy, with plenty of appointment times to choose from, making the whole process quick and convenient. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming. The receptionist was lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. Orlando was absolutely fantastic. He introduced himself, explained exactly what the appointment would involve before starting, and made sure I knew I could stop the treatment at any point if I was uncomfortable. He was incredibly informative, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or judged. I came away not only with much cleaner teeth but also with a much better understanding of how to look after my oral health going forward. The whole experience was professional, friendly, and reassuring from start to finish. I genuinely can’t fault a single thing. I would happily use this practice again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dental care. Thank you, Orlando, and the whole team for such excellent care!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the dentist here, very reassuring considering that I am an anxious patient. I also got a toothbrush that comes with a water flosser that is helping me with my gum problem, it was a good find.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding caring and professional service I accompanied my parents for the first time for their regular dental appointment and was so blown away by the friendly, caring attitude and professionalism of Phil and Rebecca and the reception team that I want other people to know about my experience. The whole team went out of their way to ensure ease of access to waiting areas and treatment rooms including being ready with a ramp at the front door. They were attentive to my parents’ every need.

Fantastic experience: An excellent dental practice! The care and service I received on my recent 'two' visits has been absolutely commendable. I saw both Rebecca and Adrian. I was a very nervous patient and they were extremely reassuring, patient, calm and took me through the procedures step by step. They didn't rush me at all and explained everything thoroughly. They were very professional. Both their nurses Jess and Leza were fabulous too. They ensured I was comfortable and again very reassuring, understanding and helpful! I would highly recommend the practice to anyone. I would like to add that the receptionists were also very helpful and kind, they did their best to squeeze me in for an emrgency appointment during a busy time - to which I was very grateful as I wasn't left struggling in pain. Thank you very much to all!

Fantastic experience: My wife and myself have been a patients of Parade Dental Practice for many years, the care and service we have both received has been excellent from the receptionists and hygienist who are very understanding and helpful, to Mr. Adrian Byrne(dentist) who over the years has been there for us both.

Fantastic experience: They took the time to fit me in as quickly as they could after a bit of a dental emergency, they were great, the receptionist was polite and understanding and did her utmost to help me out when I needed some proof for work that I was having a dental appointment. The dentist and her assistant were really kind, non judgemental, professional and very efficient. They are a lovely bunch altogether.

Fantastic experience: Went through all stages of a Veneer with the team at Parade, always made to feel comfortable and I could not be happier with the improvement. Great work from Adrian and his colleagues.

Negative experience: I do not recommend. toothache and the receptionist says we do not accept new patients because of COVID. doctors are to heal and help, not cover themselves with civid. I am a key worker myself and if COVID is not COVID I go to work to help people.
