Fantastic experience: I had the most incredible pregnancy massage with Teagan and honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable, relaxed and genuinely cared for. She took the time to understand exactly how I was feeling, which areas needed extra attention, and adapted everything perfectly to make sure I felt safe and supported throughout. The massage itself was absolute heaven. Teagan has such a calming presence and an amazing touch – every ache, tension and bit of discomfort just melted away. I left feeling lighter, more comfortable and more relaxed than I have in weeks. It was not only physically wonderful, but also so calming emotionally during pregnancy. The treatment room was beautiful, peaceful and spotless, and every little detail made the experience feel luxurious and special. Teagan is incredibly professional, kind and talented, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. Without a doubt one of the best treatments I have ever had. Fantastic experience: Had a 60 minute swedish massage with Skylar -- Incredible, so professional, relaxing, and gave an excellent massage! from the minute you walk up the stairs you are met with a classy looking reception area with a kind and welcoming receptionist, all other staff were very smiley and I felt so at ease... then the massage room was so clean, calming with an incredible atmosphere. Then a professional message, which was done so well and she even adapted it to fit in with my recently dislocated and very sore shoulder!! Would 1000% recommend great prices , well worth it!!! Really impressed!!

Fantastic experience: I needed somewhere to get my nails done and this salon came recommended by more than one person to me. They managed to book me in quite quickly despite being really busy! Both ladies were so incredibly supportive, patient, understanding, non-judgemental and put me at ease. I cannot say how much that meant! Positive experience: I had my nails done 5 days before Christmas and the girl that did them was lovely and did a really good grinch design on them. I left the salon really pleased. Within a few days on Christmas Eve I lost a nail when taking a hoodie off and was really upset as they cost me a lot of money and they were done for Christmas. Started losing them everyday and contacted the girl at the salon. I am very disappointed and won’t be using this salon again.

Negative experience: Was happy with my nails at first but got home and realised they were very lumpy amd thick. Picking a box one of my nails broke, I went back next day to get fix. The person did not make me feel welcome! I mentioned how I dint like the nails that the other person had done as it was to thick and lump, she agreed and said it was thick. I send an email and got no reply. I personally did not like the service or how was treated.

Fantastic experience: Had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Kotryna. I have a very physically demanding job which creates a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. Kotryna made me feel very relaxed and welcomed, as a new customer and has done a fantastic job at relieving the tension and getting all the knots out. It has left me feeling very loose and refreshed. This was my first ever professional massage and will definitely be a regular to this salon.
