Fantastic experience: Bupa Dental Care is always professional. As someone who can sometimes overthink when it comes to dental treatment, my dentist, Dr. Lamont, always puts me at ease by explaining everything clearly before carrying it out. With a lot of work needing done, we created a treatment plan spread over several months, with appointments arranged around my busy work schedule. This has made the whole process much easier and far less stressful.

Fantastic experience: Graeme is an excellent dentist! After years of dental trauma from other dental experiences, we cannot recommend Graeme highly enough! Graeme really listens to your needs and discusses treatment plans in detail so there is clarity and confidence in sorting any issues or oncoming issues. Graeme and Nicola are very considerate to your comfort and keep you at ease during the treatment process. An excellent team at Bupa Dental Broughty Ferry and a great transition for our family dentist.

Negative experience: I recently attended the practice under my care plan for 6 monthly inspections and 3 monthly hygienist sessions. Prior to the hygienist starting her work I was advised that the new air flow cleaning process that had been previously been included in the care plan, would now incur an additional charge of £48 which included discount. I first thought she meant £48 per annum but it was actually per visit! I declined to proceed with the "air flow" method and opted instead for the traditional ultrasonic and manual scrape cleaning which I've always found quite adequate. I've never actually been impressed with the air flow method which feels like being water boarded and I've never noticed my teeth feeling or looking any cleaner than the traditional method. I find the abrupt increase by this amount totally unacceptable and I'd be surprised if many people would. I would add that the actual hygienist session and the dental inspection were both first class as always.

Fantastic experience: Linzi Bowes has been my dentist since 2008. Always excellent! I was an extremely nervous patient to begin with, but she has consistently put me at my ease with her patience and care, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and explaining everything... and an excellent team too!

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my implant – it looks natural, and the whole experience from extracting the tooth to getting a crown on my implant was as comfortable as it could be. Dr Will Anderson and his nurse Georgia were very professional and supportive during each stage of my getting an implant. I'd highly recommend their services if you're considering getting an implant.

Fantastic experience: Another fangtastic visit to Linzi and Holly! I've been with this practice for just under a year and quickly realised I was in safe hands with Linzi. Always appreciate her clear and practical approach in helping me improve the condition of my teeth + gum health, and actually feel more in control (teeth grinding etc) Her knowledge and can-do energy is infectious (the good kind). Fantastic experience: I used to be terrified of the dentist, but have been coming to Linzi for a couple of years now and don’t even give my visits a second thought now. The ladies, from reception staff to Linzi and Holly, are always so friendly and make you feel totally at ease! I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!!

The procedure was done perfectly and I was fully healed in no time. I then had a filling from Graham Lamont, and the job done is outstanding. Friendly staff, best dentist I've been to.

I highly recommend William Anderson for dental implants and his patient care, by far he is the most considerate dental surgeon I’ve seen (and I have seen a lot!) … he gave me my smile back after a horrific road traffic accident (8 teeth lost)

Dr Kantzou in particular goes to great lengths to reassure and calm nervous patients (me). Finding a practice like this (being new to the area) has given my wife and I great peace of mind that any treatment will be of the highest standard.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist surgery, staff are brilliant, I switched to this dentist last year and never looked back since. I had multiple fillings that I needed work done on and now you can't even tell they exist. Also avoided a root canal (so far fingers crossed) by using the latest treatments to essentially reconstruct my tooth. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Sheham did an excellent job of fitting an implant for me. His manner is gentle, calm as well as thoroughly professional. If you can bear the considerable cost of an implant I would recommend it going to Sheham.
