White Pearl Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: Lovely pleasant receptionist, lovely friendly dentist. Nice pleasant dental assistant. A nice peaceful premises and as relaxing as a dentist appointment could be.

Fantastic experience: First visit to White Pearl dental practice after hearing good things from friends. With being very nervous the dentist Dr Ewa Sarraf put me at ease straight away, very good and thorough NHS check up with all options of treatment both NHS and private explained in detail, I left feeling very confident and happy that I made the right decision coming here. All nurses and reception team were extremely friendly and welcoming. I cant say enough how much I recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Registered as NHS patient went for initial consultation, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I need part dentures and other work, told no dentures left for this year, had X-rays taken and told I would get a call within 2 weeks with another appt once had a chance to look at X-rays. I waited 4 weeks and nothing, I phoned spoke to receptionist who didn’t know anything about this, said she would talk to Dentist and ask her to call back.10 weeks later nothing. I am now registered with another dentist and I couldn’t be happier. In this day and age lack of communication is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: robert was amazing with my little girl - he was so calming with her and we removed a tooth at such ease and robert and his team couldn’t have been any more attentive. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I have always been scared of going to the dentist; however, my experience at White Pearl in Dundee has changed this opinion. I attended with a cracked tooth and saw Dr. Robert Culshaw, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He filled my tooth pain-free and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend him. Excellent service overall — I will not hesitate to return

Fantastic experience: I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but now I feel much more comfortable I highly recommend white pearl the staff are so kind and understanding and talked me through every for my care plan, calming atmosphere 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: Daughter had appointment for filling today. Tools kept falling from dentist hands on to ground. One of them he told assistant to "disinfect" it got cleaned with white tissue and put in my daughters mouth. Second time he didn't do this as he probably seen my red face. Used to be good dentist practice now please avoid. Service is awful

Negative experience: This dentist is a joke now they was good at one point they rush fixing your teeth then not even a few weeks after treatment need to see them agen as they not done the job properly phone to get appointment and get told it will be 6 weeks joke of a dentist now

Negative experience: They covid as an excuse cancel an 2 month wait appointment ..... Get real...... it's not even dangerous any more after the vaccines. I think they are using covid as an excuse . Poor

Negative experience: Were good at first especially with the kids. But now they keep cancelling our appointments. Annoying as i want to make sure the kids grow up looking after their teeth and makong regular visits to the dentist.

Negative experience: This used to be a decent practice. My first visits were plesant, and the primary dentist was patient with my nervous child. I can't say that anymore. I had moved and switched practices to one closer to home, but have moved back and called to rejoin this practice. They directly said the practice won’t take on new NHS patients because there isn’t enough money to be made off them. Their words. Also, my child was still registered with the practice and when there was an emergency we were callously and imaptiently treated for taking the place of paying patients. Again, their words.

Negative experience: De registered me for continually missing appointments which I totally understand but they have all my details so could easily have sent me reminders like my new dentist does. Works really well too.

Negative experience: Got fillings a few years ago 1 has been left very rough. Didn't go back to them until a month or so ago because 2 teeth broke during lockdown. They capped teeth which was ok. Made another appointment to get them extracted. Both appointments cancelled by them first 1 I attended to be left waiting outside for 15 min because apparently they didn't hear the bell. I rang all three bells on the door twice during my wait! It turned out after me phoning the claimed to have phoned me to cancel my appointment to a landline I've never had. My landline and mobile haven't changed since first attending but they claimed they didn't even have a mobile on file for me. I re arranged appointment for today 2 days after initial appointment was meant to be for them to cancel again. Shoddy dentistry and incompetent staff!

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs, if you go then you will know why. Just dont.
